If your neighbor’s dog won’t stop barking

No one wants to have a barking dog next door all the time. It is, therefore, particularly crucial that we look at how you can deal with a dog that barks persistently.

This is important, because if you only complain and not offer any solution, your neighbor might take it the wrong way, and he might also take it out on the dog. You could suggest that he spends some more time with his dog, since it might be barking to get attention. You could also ask your neighbor to provide the dog with some toys that will keep it busy and stop it from barking so much.

In case you cannot get to the dog, you can try having some white noise around. For example, if you are going to sleep, you should have a radio near your bed and make sure that the sound is loud enough to block the barking.
